Karl A. Rosen, M.D.

Dr. Rosen graduated from the University of Arizona, College of Medicine in 2002 after completing his Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Arizona University in 1998, Summa cum Laude. After receiving his Doctor in Medicine, he completed an internship in general surgery through the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, and from 2004-2007 he was a flight surgeon. During 2007-2008 Dr. Rosen worked in New Zealand as a general practitioner. In 2011 Dr. Rosen completed his ophthalmology residency program at Eastern Virginia Medical School. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS). During Dr. Rosen's time in the Navy, he received the Navy Commendation Medal, was Nominated for Navy Flight Surgeon of the Year, and received the Navy Achievement Medal.
